Newton Insights is committed to protecting the privacy and security of our clients' data. This Privacy Policy of Eighth Revolution LLC DBA Newton Insights ("Eighth Revolution" or "Newton" or "we" or "us" or "our") explains the type of information we may collect from you or that you may provide, and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information when using our software and services. This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect through the Newton Insight Software Platform, the website www.newton-insights.com, and any other online and offline services or business interactions we may have with you (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy applies to any Services offered or provided by Newton, regardless of how you access or use it.

By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to our collection, storage, use and disclosure of your information, as described in this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service. When you use our Services, we also collect business and personal contact information necessary to provide our Services, such as information you provide when you set up an Organization Account ("Organization Account") or Individual Accounts ("Individual Accounts") (collectively, "Accounts"). This information includes but is not limited to company name, address, phone number, license number(s); employee name and email address, phone number, and other company details. Information we collect on or through the Services may include information you provide when you use our chat, fill out a web form, report a problem, or interact with our service team. We do not collect Personal Information beyond what is necessary for the functioning of our Services or as required by law.

Information Automatically Collected

We and our third-party partners may automatically log information about you and your computer or mobile device when you access the Services. For example, when accessing or using our Services, we may log your computer operating system type, browser type, IP address, geolocation information, referring website from which you accessed the Services, pages you viewed, access times and information about your use of the Services. We will not collect any location information that you do not volunteer or enable. We will delete any location information that you request us to delete.

  • We may share Information to respond to lawful requests and legal processes, including from law enforcement and government agencies.

However, please know we do not currently sell data triggering that statute's opt-out requirements.

In the event of a data breach, we will inform affected customers as per legal requirements and industry best practices.

Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended for, nor do we knowingly collect data from, children. Children or persons under the age of 21 are not allowed to use our Services. If we learn or have reason to suspect that a user is under age 21, we will promptly deactivate that user's account and delete any personal information collected in connection therewith.
